Southwest Thermal Imaging

Southwest Thermal Imaging uses state-of-art long-wave infrared camerasin conjunction with visible wavelength cameras (for point ofreference) to scan structures (residential or commercial) for thermalleaks, electrical hotspots (an indication of high resistance that canlead to electrical faults or shorts), and issues with radiant heatflooring.Thermal imaging is ideal for identifying problem areas in need ofrepair and for targeted remodeling for thermal efficiency, includingfaulty/missing insulation, leaking seals and weatherstripping, andfaulty or inadequate doors and windows. Southwest Thermal Imaging canalso provide breaker box scans and locate problem wiring concealed inwalls.Our inspection reports include video captures of the scan with audioreference points as well as image captures of potential problem areaswith an assessment of the issue.
