Company Description: For over 30 years, Sundance Machinery has looked to addressed the needs of small to medium sized biomass and recycling operations by supplying a portable, dependable, and affordable solution for their grinding needs. At the heart of the 4800 grinding system is its heavy duty hammer mill, equipped with 48 specially designed hammers that pass through two sets of adjustable fingers, which ensure a consistent and reliable particle size. This unique screen-less design allows difficult, hard to grind material, such as fibrous and wet organic waste to pass effortlessly through the grinder, minimizing maintenance and downtime. Our specialized hammers are heat treated & hardened to provide exceptional durability & longevity. The 32" hammer mill assembly is powered by a turbo diesel Kubota engine, enabling it to process up to 15-20 tons of biomass material per hour.
